Shipping and returns
Our products will be shipped with PostNL within the Netherlands and we will use PostNL, GLS, or other shipping agent for orders within Europe and outside. All order with wraps will be shipped with a signed service. We will ship to the address which the customers provide during checkout. The track number will be provided in you account in our system.
You may return the products within 14 days after receiving. The products have to be in the original, unused condition. Inform us if you would like to return the products via e-mai. We will give you instructions how to proceed. The costs of the return shipping are for your account as well as the original shipping to you.
