This is the privacy policy of Slingomama B.V. and its affiliate companies, a private limited liability company, having its registered office in Diemen, the Netherlands, registered with the Chamber of Commerce for Amsterdam, the Netherlands, under number 64712206, maintaining a place of business at Karwijzaaderf 12 (1112 JP) Diemen, also trading as Biowolk, Solnce, Yaro, Yaroslings, hereinafter referred to as: ‘Slingomama’, ‘we’ and ‘us’.
This privacy policy explains how the website of Slingomama as it can be found on www.slingomama.nl (hereinafter referred to as: the 'Website') uses cookies and how Slingomama processes personal details obtained via the Website. Below you will find answer to the question what personal details are processed by Slingomama, to which third party your personal details are being transferred (and when) and for what period we may save your personal details.
Gathering and use of (personal) details
Account
In order to be able to place an order via the Website, you must create an account with Slingomama. To create an account, you need to provide the following (personal) details:
- company name (if applicable)
- first name and surname
- address details
- e-mail address
- telephone number
- delivery address
- payment details
- username (chosen by you)
- password (chosen by you)
- other information provided by you
- an overview of your order history
These details will be used to allocate and manage your account and to combat and monitor fraud, abuse and/or improper use of your account and/or the services ordered through your account. The details will be kept for the duration of your account with Slingomama.
Orders
Your account enables you to place orders for products offered by Slingomama via the Website. For these orders, your account data may be used for the following purposes:
- to accept your order;
- to process your order and to send it to you;
- to keep you informed of the status of your order;
- invoicing;
- to process questions and complaints.
Details that relate to an order are kept as long as they are relevant to the settlement and payment of the order in question.
Newsletters
If you wish to receive the free e-mail newsletter offered by Slingomama, you need to provide your e-mail address. We will only send you this newsletter after your approval. We may also use the personal details provided by you for the following purposes:
- to execute agreements between you and My Own Design Shop;
- to continuously develop and improve the Website and the products that are offered by Slingomama;

The security of your personal details is of course also based on you keeping the password of your account secret. You should therefore never share your password with anyone and treat it with care.
Inspection and improvement of your personal details
You can view your own details at all times and change them, if necessary, by logging into your account. You can also choose to contact us via info@slingomama.nl, and we will change or delete your personal details on your request. Please note that Slingomama is legally bound to archive some details, including some of your personal details. These personal details cannot be changed or deleted on your request.
Keep in mind that, after we changed or deleted your personal details on your request, these details may still be available in our back-ups, until these back-ups are deleted too.
Third parties involved
Sometimes Slingomama needs to provide your personal details to third parties, in order to execute the agreement between you and Slingomama, for example for the delivery or payment of the products you’ve ordered with us.
Third-party privacy policy
Slingomama’s privacy policy does not apply to third-party websites that are hyperlinked to or from the Website. Slingomama does not accept any responsibility or liability with regard to the way in which these third parties handle personal details and cookies.
