The material is on the thinner side comparing to other wraps with a similar blend. The wrap is perfectly suitable for younger babies (more suitable than Genesis Frangipani), however, the gentle and firm grip of the Japanese mulberry silk will keep the wrap job in place for many hours even with toddlers. 

The color of the rings for this last ring sling is matte silver.

Ramie is a flowering plant of the nettle family and is known as “China grass”. It comes from East Asia and has been used in China for over 5 centuries as a textile fiber, long before cotton has been introduced into the Far East. Ramie fibers are naturally white and do not need bleaching. Ramie is a lot more absorbent than cotton and textiles containing ramie yarn are very much suitable for warm and humid weather. Ramie yarn is resistant to bacteria and mildew. It has natural stain resisting ability which makes the removal of stains and dirt from ramie easier than from cotton. The resulting wrap has less stretch and feels more flat than the wraps woven in cloudberry or raspbeery weaves, is strong, but still allows the yarns to move which allows the material to form around your body like a second skin.
